I am formally informing you that the saree delivered to me is clearly defective, damaged and cut/torn, and is not in a condition fit for use or sale. I have already provided your customer support team with the unboxing video and photographic evidence clearly showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.
Despite having received the evidence, your team is refusing to provide an appropriate resolution. This amounts to a serious deficiency in service and failure to provide the product in the condition promised at the time of sale.
I have preserved all relevant evidence, including the order details, invoice, payment proof, unboxing video, photographs and complete WhatsApp/customer-support communication.
I therefore demand the following:
1. Immediate return/pickup of the defective product.
2. A full refund of the amount paid by me.
3. Written confirmation of the resolution and refund timeline.
If you continue to deny the return/refund despite the evidence already provided, I will proceed with a formal complaint before the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and, if required, approach the appropriate Consumer Commission seeking refund and other remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
All relevant evidence and your responses will be submitted as part of the complaint record.
Please treat this message as my formal notice before escalation. I request you to resolve the matter promptly rather than forcing me to pursue formal consumer proceedings.
I expect a written confirmation of the return and full refund without further delay.
